The Mount Holly Municipal Complex and Police Department was a historic adaptive reuse project of an abandoned textile mill which was constructed in various phases dating from the 1850s until the 1970s.

The versatile program included office space for city administration, council, and police. It also included a “grand hall” for public gatherings and lease space for retail tenants. Much of the original finishes, windows, etc were preserved to give the building a warm patina inside and out.
