The Kannapolis Municipal Center & Police Headquarters begun as an intensive space needs study.

Creech & Associates studied a variety of options for a combined or separate facility for the needs of the City Administration and Police Station. The decision was made to combine the two departments and our space needs study was verified through comprehensive design services.
