The new Library Annex for Davidson College represents the first phase of the College’s comprehensive Library restructuring initiative. 

This project includes three buildings, each approximately 12,000 square feet, designed to house the full library collection, archives, and historical artifacts, as well as accommodate Library staff during the renovation and expansion of the primary Library building. Upon completion of the main Library renovation, the Annex will remain an integral part of the campus, serving as the permanent home for the majority of the College’s Library collection and archives. This facility enhances both the operational capacity and long-term preservation of the College’s invaluable resources.
