The North Main Station project is a developer-driven retail center, that builds upon the character and aesthetic quality of the historic 1916 train depot that shares this site.

The urban infill project was confined by many site limitations, but the design team found creative ways to maximize building SF, while organizing the required site elements in a holistic manner that helped build upon the urban fabric of downtown Belmont.
