This project is a historic adaptive reuse of a textile mill dated back
to the late 19th century.

T The building includes a 10,000 square foot Police Department, City Administration, a Grand Hall for public functions, and leasable space for retail. The Police Station occupies a one story addition from the 1950s behind the oldest parts of the mill. The facility contains work spaces for administration, patrol, investigation, and records in addition to a large training room.
