Under an On-Call Professional Services contract, Creech & Associates was selected by the City of High Point to provide a feasibility study, conceptual design, and construction administration for the renovation and addition to the Police Headquarters & 911 Communications Center.

The concept for the new 76,500 SF facility was rooted in the desire to provide a welcoming and secure public interface, coupled with an open and collaborative work environment for staff. The city recognized an opportunity to improve the facilities of both police and communications while making a sustainable, community contribution through the re-purposing of an existing vacant structure. The addition creates a new identity and offers an example of functional, efficient, and purposeful design.
