This project began with a thorough verification of a previous space needs analysis of current municipal facilities and every city department.

After the assessment was completed, it was determined that a combined City Hall and Police Headquarters would be less costly. The new building is shared with City Administration, the Financial Department, City Engineering, and the Police Department.
