Sullivan’s Island Town Hall & Police Headquarters

Portfolio > Civic > Sullivan’s Island Town Hall & Police Headquarters
Sullivan’s Island, SC

The designers of the Sullivan’s Island Town Hall borrowed from traditional island vernacular to create an unimposing civic building that has wide porches, traditional lap siding, metal roofs, and other traditional island materials throughout.

T The building contains offices for the town administration and police. It also contains a council chamber that doubles as a courtroom monthly. The town hall takes advantage of the views of the adjacent town park. It is located in a FEMA designated flood zone and complies with all requirements.
