T The three buildings are traditional in design and focus on a green space which has become a significant amenity for the tenants. The design responds appropriately to the Town of Huntersville’s development ordinance which requires buildings to address streets and parking to be less visible. The buildings have continued to be a viable investment for the owners and tenants.
