T The facility contains many amenities such as a gallery, theater, offices, and a learning garden. There is a shared public parking deck that provides parking for the museum.
The building also contains offices for the Town of Huntersville, which are located on the third floor. The lower two floors, which house the museum, are designed to be converted to town offices in the future should the children’s museum relocate. This made the design a sustainable development for the Town.
