T The concept brings transparency to existing street facade and the curved form welds the buildings together as the grade change is addressed. The central program element is a dividable flex space used for events ranging from classroom to reception. Other spaces a demonstration kitchen and new accessible vertical circulation. The main feature is public access to the green roof providing hands-on exposure to the benefits of sustainable construction and renewable energy. The project is LEED Gold Certified.
