T The facility consists of an educational, 40-bed residential and administrative component, while providing religious and reflective spaces that are essential to the development of the seminarians. The initial phase of the project will encompass the elements mentioned above. The secondary and tertiary phases will consist of the permanent chapel and the expansion of the residential component to meet the growing demands of the program. Careful consideration was given to the design relative to expansion needs and phasing. Several spaces have been designed to be flexible to suit current needs and easily reconfigured to serve future demands as the facility grows.
