The Leon Levine Health Sciences Center serves as the initial central campus expansion across a main artery.

The Georgian inspired building has a program that includes a mixture of health careers and STEM programs such as civil engineering and geomatics. The program highlight is an entire floor dedicated to an Interdisciplinary Health Suite that includes simulation spaces with data capture for ER and trauma, pharmacology, physical therapy, and polysomnography. Other spaces include a dental assisting suite and a virtual anatomy laboratory.
