Creech & Associates performed a comprehensive space needs assessment for 45 departments located in 23 buildings throughout Dorchester County in South Carolina.

This included both county-owned and leased-space facilities. Two weeks of on-site interviews with various department leaders established the groundwork for a planning exercise. Master planning options were created based on the programs and five options for facilities master plans were analyzed against a standard set of criteria.
