Creech & Associates performed a comprehensive space needs assessment for staff and programs currently located in the Town Hall.

The scope of this analysis covered the spaces for 12 departments that reside within the building. Town staff was engaged through surveys and interviews to provide opportunities and constraints in the spaces where they work. Creech & Associates worked with the Town on various design options to supplement the current Town Hall building with expansion ideas, additional buildings, and/or overflow space within Town-owned facilities.
