Creech & Associates performed a facility condition and space needs assessment for staff and programs located in 14 buildings throughout the Town of Southern Pines.

Town staff was engaged through surveys and interviews to provide opportunities and constraints in the spaces where they work. The result of the analysis highlighted an increase for future staff and overall building square footage. Additionally, the facilities condition analysis assessed the structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems by professional engineers in each respective field.
