Summerville Space Needs Assessment and Facilities Master Plan

Various locations throughout the Town of Summerville

Creech & Associates performed a comprehensive space needs assessment and facilities master plan for staff and programs located in 4 buildings, representing approximately 61,700 SF of conditioned space that serve the majority of the core town services.

The scope of this analysis covered the spaces for 9 departments. After a comprehensive analysis of all current spaces was completed, the second phase of the project included master planning site studies. The final solution consisted of 4 phases involving new construction, facility additions, and renovations in order to meet current and future needs of the town.
